Refund and Returns Policy
IMPORTANT NOTE
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on Size Chart to find your best fit! By making the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the goods are bespoke, and made specifically for you, they are custom-made goods, and are produced only after your purchase has been made and confirmed. Prior to your purchase no stock of the purchased goods exists. Furthermore, based on the information written above, you acknowledge and agree that your rights to make changes or cancellations are within 24 hours from your purchase confirmation. Once the 24 hours has elapsed and your purchase goes into production, your rights to make changes or cancellations are forfeit. Other than where goods are faulty, you have no rights to cancel any order or return any goods purchased and all orders are final.
1. Return policy
- Return conditions
Return are handled on a case by case basis. Refund of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:
– The goods received are damaged.
– There are visible defects with the print.
– The item is the wrong size from the one ordered.
– The item is the wrong color from the one ordered.
– The item is the wrong design from the one ordered.
– The item is the wrong style (e.g. long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered.
- Return procedure
If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow below steps to request return:
– You must submit a request for a return within 14 days after you receive your goods. After the 14 days have elapsed you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are returned prior to submitting your request those goods are considered forfeit.
– The request can be made through our ticketing system, found here: Contact us, or by emailing us at [email protected]. In your email, please provide your full name, order number and the reason that you want to request for a return.
– Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours via the email. Our working time: Monday – Saturday: 8:00 – 17:00 GMT -7 Time Zone.
Please be patient if you do not receive our response immediately. Confirmation of the request (approve/ reject) will be sent to your email via our support email [email protected].
– Returns can be exchanged for the original purchased goods or refunded for the original purchase price (shipping fee will not be included).
– The package should be returned to our processing warehouse at 30 N Gould St Ste #2514, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.
– The shipping cost for returning the order will be covered by you. The order should be packaged in a nylon bag or any kind of bag/ box with the order ID inside. Please remember to send us the tracking number of your return package to follow.

- Refund procedure
– If you are qualified for refund condition, you must submit a request for a refund within 14 days after you receive your goods. After the 14 days have elapsed you acknowledge that your rights to refund are considered forfeit.
– The request can be made through our ticketing system, found here: Contact us, or by emailing us at [email protected]. In your email, please provide your full name, order number and the reason that you want to request for a refund.
– The refund can be fully or partial refund depends on how your order was damaged or wrongly printed. If the fault is ours, fully damage, wrong product sent, a full refund can be processed. In case one of many items you purchased is damaged or wrong, we only refund the money for that item in the order.
– Confirmation of the request (approve/ reject) will be sent to your email via our support email [email protected]
– You will be refunded to the payment account you used to pay us. If you used Paypal to pay us before, the refunded amount will be to your Paypal balance. If you used Credit card, the refund will be back to your credit card balance.
– The refund will be processed in 24 hours after your request is approved. Your credit will be shown on your balance following below criteria:

- For Paypal, the refunded amount will show up immediately on your balance sheet after we confirmed the refund processed.
- For Credit card, it will take up to 5 -10 business days to show up on your balance sheet.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDER
At Whou Shop, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee the satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.
This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.
Note: If the tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please help us recheck your house, your family and your neighbors first.
